Membership Application

A prospective member must be an amateur male golfer who has reached his 55th birthday.

Recommendations must be accompanied by a recent photograph of the applicant and spouse (if applicable).

Candidates for membership shall be proposed by one member and seconded by another member of SSGA. Each sponsoring member will provide to the secretary of the association, in narrative form, a written recommendation of the applicant. Recommendations should include the number of years the sponsor has known the applicant, what the applicant has done in the community and/or golf club activities, and pertinent social activities.

Prospective members should download and print one copy of the SSGA Membership Application and two copies of the Sponsor's document. Completed applications should be mailed or FAXed to the Executive Secretary. The first sponsor accepts responsibility for putting the application in order.
