Membership

Any male golfer 55 years or older who is an amateur in good standing of a recognized golf or country club shall be eligible for membership.

• Dues are $125 a year. Additionally, there is a one-time initiation fee of $195. Fees need not be submitted until membership is approved.

• World-Class golf. We hold six to eight tournaments annually with two permanent events held each year at The Cloister and Linville Golf Club. Additional SSGA event locations change every year and are "not to be missed." We have played in California, Arizona, Florida, Virginia, and Michigan - all at top rate clubs.

• Enjoy meeting great people. Our 1000 plus members are from all over the country and enjoy the game of golf. There are no strangers in golf, just friends you haven't met yet.

• Attend the events YOU want. The Southern Seniors Golf Association does not require a participation "minimum."

• Reduced rates for lodging and golf at premier resorts. The SSGA committee organizes all events. All you need to do is show up, participate, and enjoy!

Prospective members should complete the SSGA membership application and be recommended by two SSGA members.
